Frequently Asked Questions..

01

What is an Escape Room?

Fantastic real-life fun! A team of 2-6 people are locked in a room for 60 minutes and have to locate the key to the exit & escape within the time by finding clues and solving puzzles, that will lead you to the key.
We have SPELLBOUND at Creative Minds

02

Who can play?

Anyone who fancies some fun packed adventure! Escape rooms are fantastic for birthdays, groups of friends, stag and hen parties and team building days. We ask that under 18’s are accompanied by a playing adult. Minimum age 7 years.

03

What are the team sizes?

Team sizes can be between 2 & 6 players. A maximum of 6 is the biggest team our room will support.
If you wish to play with more players, you can visit 11th Hour Escape Rooms and play both their games in Bromham

04

Are there any rules once we’re locked in?

We ask that you take care not to damage anything. Nothing in the room needs to be forced, ripped or broken.
No photography is allowed in the room (we’d like to keep the puzzles a surprise for all our future players!).

05

Can we drink alcohol before, or at the venue?

No, alcohol is strictly forbidden at the venue, and we will refuse entry to anybody we believe is under the influence and will not be able to offer a refund.

06

Can we get help if we get stuck?

Yes, at some points during the game you will see the phrase 'Hint Available' appear on the countdown timer screen, if your team gets stuck, just claim the offered hint and we will try to help you along!

07

Can we use our phones?

No, you won’t need to – all you need to escape will be in the room with you. You do not need any ‘outside' or prior knowledge to solve the puzzles in either of our rooms, all the answers are in the rooms with you. You just need good teamwork and a keen eye!
